Supervision at Resonance Creative Therapy is offered to arts therapists and professionals working across education, health and social care settings. It provides a reflective space to explore practice, professional identity, ethical questions and the wider systems in which the work is situated, whether clinical, educational, managerial or relational. Alongside supporting safe reflective practice, supervision invites ongoing personal, professional and relational growth, recognising that who we are shapes how we work.

Our supervisory approach is integrative, relational and ethically grounded. We give careful attention to the lived realities of your work, while also supporting ongoing professional development, sustainability and reflection on relational and systemic dynamics. Supervision is shaped collaboratively, guided by professional requirements, lived experience and the unique context of your practice.

Supervision is offered in line with professional standards and expectations for safe, reflective and accountable practice. Creative or arts-based approaches may be included where helpful and agreed, with no expectation to work in this way.
