Group Therapy
Group Therapy
Group therapy offers a supportive space to explore experience alongside others and can support connection, communication and a sense of belonging.
Groups may include shared reflection, creative or experiential processes and opportunities to listen, respond and develop awareness of self in relation to others. Groups may be time-limited or ongoing, and shaped around shared themes or contexts.

Children, Families and Care Networks
This space is offered to explore relationships together, with attention to patterns of relating, communication and connection. Sessions may involve parents, carers, guardians or others within a child, young person’s or adults care network, depending on what feels most supportive and appropriate.

Creative and embodied approaches can support different ways of being together and understanding one another, offering meaningful ways of communicating and connecting beyond spoken language.

Sessions provide a containing and supportive environment where relationships can be explored with care and curiosity, allowing space for reflection, understanding and connection to develop.
