Consultation and Mentoring
Consultation and mentoring are offered to individuals, teams and organisations seeking thoughtful, creative and context-sensitive support. The work is shaped around the particular questions, challenges or aspirations of the individual or organisational, for example developmental, relational or strategic work.

Consultation provides a collaborative space to think together about practice, projects, relationships and wider organisational or systemic dynamics. This may include:
-
Setting up or developing services
-
Implementing trauma-informed or relational approaches
-
Integrating creative or embodied methods into existing provision
-
Navigating inter-disciplinary working
-
Exploring team dynamics, communication patterns or conflict
-
Safeguarding and ethical reflection
-
Supporting staff wellbeing, burnout prevention and sustainability
-
Creating reflective spaces for senior leadership
-
Programme evaluation and reflective review
-
Developing supervision or reflective practice structures within organisations

The focus can be brief and theme specific or part of a broader developmental process.

Mentoring offers a more sustained focus on professional identity and development. For example, mentoring could support role transitions, confidence or leadership capacity/development.
Both consultation and mentoring are reflective and collaborative rather than directive. Clear attention is given to role boundaries, ethical frameworks and the scope of the work, ensuring it remains purposeful, appropriate, and responsive to context.
